The Heathfield community is located in the Town of Mint Hill North Carolina. Just minutes from Charlotte, our location affords our residents small town living and quick access to the largest metropolitan city in North Carolina.
The Heathfield Homeowners Association, Incorporated was established for the preservation of the values, desirability, and attractiveness of real property located in Heathfield. Our association is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Our members are the Lot Owners in Heathfield. The association is governed and self-managed by a Board of Directors.
